I'm Carrie H., the breeder behind Aussies Of Circle H located in Dundee, OH. We strive to raise healthy, well-rounded Australian Shepherd puppies who grow into great companions! We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and give them enrichment opportunities. That includes everything from choosing healthy, health tested parents with good temperaments.

Why did you start breeding?
We got our first Aussie to help our children, recover from so bad experiences with other large breed dogs. The Aussies are so loyal to their people and were so loving that we decided to spread the love to other families. It is so reassuring to me when I see the dogs laying in the yard watching my children play. Their presence is another layer of protection for them and brings me so much comfortWhat makes your program special?
Our dogs work with us and the livestock. We love to see the dogs playing together, working together, and also catching some rays of sun in the yard. We strive to continue our education on the breed so that we can continue to grow.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Carrie
Carrie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppies are priced according to their color, Tri's are $1100 and Merle's are $1600. Non-Refundable - We do allow the family to transfer the deposit to another puppy, at a different time.”

About Raine
Raine is an amazing girl and we are excited to introduce her to our breeding program. She comes to our family from out west, and we are absolutely in love with this girls personality. She is so kind and loving and super intelligent. We have a few more test to complete on her before she is ready to be bred, but we are hoping to have a litter of puppies by the end of the year. She could play fetch all day long!

Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Carrie was amazing to work with. She was responsive and made the process so easy. Any questions I had were always quickly answered. We got a bit lucky with a bunch of Merle’s in the litter and timing but she was able to get us the exact coat, eye color and we were able to keep the tail. +4This was the best interaction I have ever had when getting a puppy. He is amazing and everything she thought he would be. His health is great. His focus is exactly as communicated to me. On day 1 he is already showing intelligence and responsiveness to commands. I couldn't have asked for a better dog. With that being said, Carrie has been great throughout the whole process. I am impressed with he dedication to producing health puppies to enrich lives. She was responsive to any questions. She answered very promptly. She was extremely patient with me. I was a bit excited to be getting him. She made the process a pleasant one. The gooddog.com website very much helped with the process. The fees are excorborant, but I was willing to pay it. We both had to pay them, the breeder and I. I am not sure what her take is on it, this is only my opinion. I value the fact that the site helped me find a caring breeder. I considered the fees a necessity. I think it was a little steep though. I have backend experience on website traffic. I know that their profit margin is a good one. But, again, I was willing to pay it and don't regret it. Thank you Carrie. In a business where you can find some who are less than honest, you are a beacon. You raise good dogs with great personalities. I appreciate your dedication to them and to the customer. The process was smooth from start to finish. I promise to keep you update.

We had a great experience with getting our puppy from Carrie and Aussies of Circle H. You can tell that she really loves and cares for her dogs just by looking at her Facebook or Instagram. She would send us weekly updates with either a photo or video of our boy. Carrie goes above and beyond as a breeder with all the health testing she has done and the personality tests that she does with each puppy to let you know their strengths and weaknesses. For only being 8 weeks old our boy is so laid back and so well behaved. We are so happy with our little boy and I will definitely recommend Carrie and her family for anyone looking for an Australian Shepherd!
