I'm Alexis C., the breeder behind AV Mini Aussies located in Michigan. We offer well-tempered, health-tested companion Mini Australian Shepherds. We strive and have proven to improve the breed with each generation. We keep our program small to give each dog and puppy all the attention and care that they require to live happy, healthy and well rounded lives.

Why did you start breeding?
Since 2018 breeding healthy, happy puppies with the standard Aussie look just in a mini package is our way to give back to the breed & the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and pups shine. Welcoming a puppy into your lives, home & heart is a huge undertaking and blessing. We strive to find the right match for every puppy and its new family! 🐾What makes your program special?
Our love for this breed and our dogs shows when raising these pups. We also keep our program small so we can give each of our parent dogs that one on one time, as well as group fun. We plan our litters very carefully so we can fully dedicate our time to properly socialize each pup, with focus on one litter at a time.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
