We are a small, family-owned Dachshund breeder in Santa Fe, New Mexico specializing in long coat miniature dachshunds. Our puppies are responsibly bred for temperament, appearance, genetics, and breed foundation. Puppies are high quality, indoor home raised, and heavily socialized! Why did you start breeding?
I have been raising ABCA and AKC registered border collies and AKC registered miniature dachshunds for almost 20 years. I have extensive training in the veterinary medical field and I have worked as a veterinary technician, marine specialist, and rescue, rehabilitation, and release specialist for exotic wildlife.What makes your program special?
I specialize in raising long hair miniature dachshund puppies that are responsibly bred for temperament, appearance, genetics, and breed foundation. They are high quality, indoor home raised, and heavily socialized. We work hard to provide an environment where our miniature dachshund puppies can thrive before being introduced into their new home!What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Price
Puppy prices include a $300 refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Nambe has an AKC pedigree and is a 10 lbs long coat chocolate dapple. She was bred and raised here at Badland's Mini Dachshunds and is the daughter of AKC Lucky Penny and AKC Stormy. She has a loyal, friendly, and very sweet personality. She has been heavily socialized from birth and raised with children. She loved water!
