Q. & A. with Coriann
Why did you start breeding?
I’ve always had a love for animals. Creating a high quality puppy is a passion of mine. I love every stage of this process and teaching my kids along the way. Sending home a puppy who has been though temperament testing, foundational training and exposed to it all make your job easier. I can’t wait to share my cute pups with you!
What makes your program special?
We are a small family owned business. We only have one litter at a time to ensure the most concentrated focus on each puppy. We complete an exposure program giving the puppies everything they need before their new home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include tri-color and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Pepper
Pepper is such a fun loving and loyal member of our family! She loves greeting us whenever we come home. She is my right-hand farm dog and feeds the animals with me every morning and night. She is excellent on the leash and listens well on our daily walks. She is a fast learner and very smart. Pepper is great with other dogs and is the most attentive mother to her puppies. We adore Pepper!!

Breeder-Reported Testing
Good level
Barnyard 2 Backyard reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Bernedoodles.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
