I'm Maria S., the breeder behind Bear Mountain Farms located in Greeneville, TN. I brought home my first pug over 17 years ago, and raised my first litter in 2007. Since then our family has always had this loving, cheerful and loyal breed in our home. We strive to raise healthy, standard size pugs that bring their families as much joy as they bring us!

Maria has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

"Our pups are AKC registered, (limited), and include age appropriate vaccines, vet health check, worming, and health guarantee. If puppies are not ready to go home yet, we require a $500 deposit to hold. To place on a waitlist for a future litter, a $250 deposit ensures a reservation / choice of puppy in line."
Maria may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Maria offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Maria directly.

Bear Mountain Farms was great! They kept us informed and worked with our schedule to get our puppy to us. We could not have asked for a better experience. Pepper is doing great and adapting well to our family and is quickly becoming besties with her older sister.
