Raising puppies has been so much fun, although we take our role in raising them seriously. Breeding has helped us share the joy of our dogs with other families and individuals.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My granddaughter raises and breeds registered dachshunds and a friend gave my grandson a male and I went and bought a registered female and so my grandson [10yrs old] and I decided to go into a partnership breeding our two dachshunds.

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald and wheaten. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
