    We want to do our part to better the breed. Our breeding program focuses on maintaining the standard specific to Dachshunds while striving to produce puppies of superior health, structure, and temperament.
  • What makes your program special?

    Belgate Dachshunds is dedicated to only breeding dogs that we know are excellent representations of the standard and will make a positive contribution to their line and to the families who love them. Our heavy involvement in the show world speaks to the standards that we breed our dogs by!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red, black, chocolate, brindle, chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
