AKC BREEDER OF MERIT SILVER Recipients, with over 26 years of experience in Border Collies for pet/companion, show and sport. We breed versatile dogs that are true to breed type. Temperament, health, and structural soundness are our priorities! We enjoy showing to prove our dogs' abilities.

Why did you start breeding?
I started competing with my dogs and then met with Breeders and others who taught me about pedigrees and breeding. I then worked with other Breeders, cleaning, showing, training, etc., and in return, they shared their knowledge with me!What makes your program special?
I have a goal that I have been working on for many years. I have the perfect Border Collie in my head and I try to breed to that type as much as I can. This perfect dog has a certain temperament, structure, and look and of course, is healthy too. So when people come to me I think they expect a particular type of Border Collie.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and rough coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue, gold, red, sable, seal, and slate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Litter update on 25 Nov 2025 •…The puppies all got BAER hearing tested and CAER eye tested and all 8 of them passed with flying colours!! 😍😍😍 On Monday they were vet inspected and fecal tested and all passed their inspection easily!!

Litter update on 25 Nov 2025 •…The puppies had their BCAA Temperament evaluations on Sunday! They handled a long 10 hr day so well and I am so proud of them. We had dog trainers, a behaviourist in training and vet techs present (all current BellaClan puppy owners). It was incredibly fun getting to know each pups temperaments!

Flirt is a super happy enthusiastic girl who is super snuggly. She has never met a stranger. We can bring her anywhere, and she is excited to meet everyone! She is down for any adventure and LOVES to go to dog shows! She travels well! She is a canadian champion and only a few points short of being a US champion too! Flirt is fully health tested, hips ofa GOOD, elbows OFA normal, eyes checked multiple times last time in 2025, BAER hearing normal and full DNA clear!

Shania was born in Australia and imported to the USA early October 2022. Shania is lovely and very easy to live with. She is very, very snuggly and handler-focused. She loves to lie at your feet or on your lap. When outside, she loves to chase butterflies and squirrels! :) She is very easy going and has a lower energy level and drive. Shania is fully health tested, simply search her name on the OFA site (Qeltynn U Must Be Joking Right BellaClan). We only breed from dogs who have passed breed specific health examinations! Passing results are always public on the OFA page!

Yara is a very sweet easy to live with gal! She has had one other litter in 2023 in which we have three champions and one titled in many other venues (obedience, rally-o etc). Her pups are super biddable, easy to live with, people pleasers, with medium energy and with great food motivation while training. Yara is a full sister to the number 1 Border Collie bitch 2021, BOS at the BCSA National, and Multi Herding Group Winning, Bonnie!

Tatum is smart as a whip, she is an American Champion and 1 point short of also being a Canadian Champion which will also give her, her Canadian Kennel Club Junior Versatility Title. Tatum is not phased by a single thing, she goes with the flow and makes the most out of any situation. She can adjust with zero anxiety or fears, from handler to handler. She is an exceptionally talented human tracking dog regardless of location, put her in a crowd of people with cars rushing by and she won't skip a beat! Tatum is a snuggler but also a workaholic and we love her temperament! She is very dog-neutral, she will ignore aggressive dogs charging at her, I can put her near any dog and she avoids any altercations!

Teddy is the sweetest boy, he is outgoing and loving and gets along perfectly with all other dogs including other intact males. He is super sweet and gentle with our 16-month-old son. He is food-motivated and biddable and super easy to live with. He is happy to shadow us off leash around the yard but also down to "turn off" and chill on a rainy day and take a long nap belly up!

Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI), Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
