I'm Brittany T., the breeder behind Beneath the Pines Mini Farm located in Stockbridge, GA. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament after careful consideration of both dam and sire. Puppies are fed high quality dry food after weaning, receive minimum of first round vaccinations, are dewormed, introduced to some beginner training, and vet checked prior to leaving us.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have loved my Luna girl from the first picture I ever saw of her. I knew by the look in her eyes that she would be the best dog and decided on the spot that I needed to continue her line. She is the sweetest and has been remarkably easy to train, despite her stubborn dachshund ways at times.

  • What makes your program special?

    I specialize in longhaired dapple dachshunds. Long term I plan to offer dapple, light ee creams, reds, and chocolates as we grow our program.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Brittany

Brittany has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Brittany partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes CKC registration, first round of vaccines, deworming, vet check, and 1 year limited health guarantee. Our prices are based on coat pattern and color.”

Contract & health guarantee

Brittany may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
