I'm Dollie C., the breeder behind Bhon Mhuir Dobermanns located in Toney, AL. We produce well rounded European dobermanns, focusing primarily on health and temperament. Our goal is to improve the overall health and longevity of the breed while offering versatile, family or worked dogs. Our dogs are bred to FCI breed standards, from championship bloodlines.

Why did you start breeding?
I decided to breed dobermanns in hopes of doing what I can to increase the health and longevity of the breed. These are stunning animals with a personality unlike any other. It is important to me that in the future we will see them living longer lives and will see their average COI percentage begin to drop into a healthier percentage.What makes your program special?
Although I enjoy collecting titles, that has very little to do with my decision to breed a dog. I research the extensive lineage of my dogs to check for the health quality within their background. I choose to breed long lived, healthy lines, while also being hyper vigilant of the predicted COI of any given litter in relation to the historical lifespans of their recent ancestors.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"Includes tail docking, ear cropping, microchip, AKC registration, deworming, and vaccinations. The deposit is to hold your puppy until the pickup date. Your puppy will need to be picked up by the date stated in the contract."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
