I'm Dawn M., the breeder behind Biewer Terriers of Florida Dawn located in Sanford, FL. Are you looking for a loyal, intelligent, and moderate-maintenance companion? Our Biewer Terrier puppies are bred with the utmost care for health and temperament. They're perfect for families with children, seniors, and those living in smaller spaces. Our dogs are carefully health tested to ensure the well-being of their offspring. They're known for their gentle and friendly nature, making them ideal family pets. Our puppies are registered with the CKC (Continental Kennel Club), ensuring a purebred lineage. Each puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and dewclaw removal. We provide a Florida health certificate for your peace of mind. We do not ship our puppies, but we will meet you locally or at the Orlando, Sanford, or Daytona Airport.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I come from a family of breeders in every generation. When I came across my first Biewer Terrier, I fell in love with the breed. They are still a relatively new breed. It is the love of the Biewer Terriesr and understanding for a need of good-natured companion for many that caused me to get into breeding Biewer Terriers.

  • What makes your program special?

    I aim to breed healthy and well socialized puppies that are smart, and eager to please - well-adjusted to household noise and exposed to children.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black tan and white and chocolate tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Dawn

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the first round of shots, deworming, dew-claw removal, and Florida health certificate. The litter is also registered with CKC (Continental Kennel Club). Non-refundable unless there is proof of a very good reason. (Medical, death, unforeseen life events). Will require proof.”

    Dawn is the best communicator and so knowledgeable about her puppies! She answered all our questions about adoption, training, and pickup logistics and sent plenty of pics and videos so we could get an idea about his personality. With each video, we were more excited to pick him up. He is the center of attention in our home with three kids and he was the best Christmas gift and continues to be each day.     We purchased our beautiful happy and healthy Biewer terrier and we call him Willie. Wewent thru Good dog website. At first we were leary since there are a lot of breeders selling pups and we did not know who we could trust. Turns out Good dog directed us to Biewer Terriers of Florida Dawn..we soon realized Good dog only deals with the best most honest breeders.Dawn was just amazing.she sent us phots and terrific videos of all the different stages the pups were going through.     We have a 5 year old Biewer Terrier (Grace Kelly), who soo loves to play. We found a perfect match with Dawn in Sanford, FL!! We now have a beautiful boy named Prince Rainier that is so loving, fun, and healthy, thanks to Dawn. In dealing with Dawn it was so easy and everything was so transparent. She communicated with us almost everyday with pictures and text messages. She started the socialization and potty training before we got him. We were given his blanket with his parents and siblings scent on it, so thoughtful and smart. He is a total love bucket and sleeps well. She made sure we knew what Vet steps were next, what behaviors to expect, food and baby distilled water, treats, toys, everything she could think of to make his transition so easy and smooth!!
