I'm Barbara S., the breeder behind B&K Dachshunds located in Harriet, AR. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We started breeding with the simple mission to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to find them the perfect future homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Friend was a breeder and I succumbed to my first baby. Dachshund math took over. Lol

    I love the learning from DNA on what works best for my furbabies going forward.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Barbara

Barbara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Barbara partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $2,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Barbara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Barbara offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Barbara directly.
