I'm Susi R., the breeder behind Blessed Hope Aussies located in Mira Loma, CA. We own and enjoy purebred Australian Shepherds. We enjoy showing for conformation, running the dogs in agility, taking the dogs on horseback rides, and on family outings. We raise several litters a year and enjoy giving the puppies the utmost care and love. We utilize the Puppy Culture system to develop well socialized, well-adjusted puppies that are a blessing to all who get to have them as part of their family.
Q. & A. with Susi
Why did you start breeding?
My neighbor was a breeder of gorgeous accomplished Labradors and had a nice Golden she wanted me to have, she mentored me and the rest is history! Pouring into my babies is the utmost priority in my home.
What makes your program special?
I raise the babies in my home and use many proven techniques to get them ready for their new family. I clicker train then, leash train them, crate them individually to eat their meals from 6 weeks until they go home, they learn to figure things out and problem solve. They are underfoot with my adult and teenage dogs, learning so much about dog behavior which I believe is very important!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
