I'm Deborah B., the breeder behind Blissful_Yorkies located in Hot Springs, AR. Our philosophy: our focus is on health, temperament, and early socialization. We keep our program intentionally small so every dog receives the individual care they deserve. AKC and CKC Yorkshire Terriers, raised inside our home as part of our family, socialized and of course lots of love.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our journey into breeding began when we brought Chloe home as a companion for Enzo. Watching their sweet bond and the joy they brought into our lives inspired us to share that same happiness with other families. They are raised with love, health, and family in mind.

  • What makes your program special?

    We believe responsible breeding is about more than producing puppies. It’s about preserving the wonderful qualities of the Yorkshire Terrier while raising healthy, well-socialized companions. We intentionally keep our breeding program small so every dog receives the individual love and care they deserve. Finding the right match. We believe choosing a puppy is an important decision.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blue and gold and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Deborah

Deborah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Deborah partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes 1 Year health guarantee, vaccinations by licensed vet. A care basket that includes puppy food, 2in1 Puppy Shampoo and Conditioner, treats, a blanket, and toys with the others scent. In order for me to make sure that all my puppies go to a home that are serious about getting a puppy and provide them with loving homes. I ask for a $500 deposit. This sets apart those who are looking but not serious about it.”

Deborah may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    We recently welcomed our sweet Morgan (Aria) into our family, and our experience with Deborah was wonderful from start to finish. We already have two Yorkies — Kodi (9) and Lainey (1). After losing our 15‑year‑old Aubie last year, Kodi struggled with the loneliness, and while Lainey has been such a joy for her, it became clear that Lainey needed a playmate who could match her energy. Deborah understood exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. She sent videos of Morgan playing with her mom so we could see her personality, and she made the entire transportation process unbelievably easy. Morgan has been the perfect addition, and we’re so grateful for the care and intention Deborah puts into her puppies!

    Everything went perfect from the daily updates and vids before receiving our fur baby, to answering all questions we had about everything. Even though this was our first dog she was there to answer all questions and to give advice. We still chat weekly and share photos to show how much he has grown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
