I'm Nicola T., the breeder behind Blue Heaven located in North Carolina. Our Shih Tzu pups are home-raised. We put a lot of care into socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. We strive to produce healthy, intelligent puppies that are able to integrate comfortably into a variety of age groups, households, and lifestyles.

"Our Shih Tzu start at $1500, and our French Bulldogs start at $2800. After 5 weeks, deposits are non-refundable, but they can be rolled over to another litter for up to a year."
