I'm Rebecca k., the breeder behind Bold North Border Collies located in Burnsville, MN. We care deeply about the Border Collie and breed to help ensure the health and future of these wonderful dogs. We make sure our Border Collies have hip, elbow, eye and heart clearances and our Border Collies are clear for any Border Collie specific genetic diseases before breeding. We enjoy training our dogs and compete in conformation, agility, herding and obedience trials. We spend lots of time with them doing a variety of activities! We love our dogs dearly and are so proud of their accomplishments. All of our dogs are breed champions and have multiple performance titles.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
