We had a wonderful experience with Jewels while bringing home Dior. Since everything was handled remotely and we were deciding between two puppies, we had a lot of questions, and she answered every one thoroughly and honestly. She helped us narrow down which puppy was the best fit for our lifestyle and what was important to us, and she provided so many helpful details about Dior along the way. Jewels was prompt, descriptive, and thoughtful in her communication. She was also very accommodating with meeting us since we were flying in from Washington state, and she gave us great advice on how to care for Dior during the flight home. She even packed a travel bag with Dior’s essentials and plenty of extra food. We really appreciated how caring, honest, and helpful she was throughout the entire process.
