I'm Bonnie M., the breeder behind Bonnie Maes' Bichon Frise Puppies located in Clackamas, OR. I take pride in breeding quality puppies and strive for perfection in health and sound temperament. I work hard to breed healthy, happy puppies, and I take pride in my breeding program. I strive to improve the line with each generation by seeking out complementary traits in compatible puppy parents.
Q. & A. with Bonnie
Why did you start breeding?
I have always been passionate about the well-being of animals. I wanted to put my passion to good use! It's been a joyful commitment, and it is a pleasure to live with, work with, and share with others these wonderful dogs.
What makes your program special?
My dogs and puppies are considered members of my family, and they get the best care I can possibly provide. All dogs deserve nothing less than to be cherished, spoiled, and pampered, so I strive to place all my puppies in homes where they will be loved as family members.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and cream, white and buff, white and apricot, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Our new bichon frise Coconut ("Coco") is 10 weeks old now, and the last two weeks with her have been a delight! She is smart, sassy, busy, sweet, challenging, affectionate, playful....all of the things a healthy puppy should be! Bonnie was very easy to work with during the process, and I appreciated that she met us north of Vancouver to save us time going back to Seattle! We are satisfied "parents"!
