Boulder Flat British Labradors

AIMEE H.

Breeder of Labrador Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm AIMEE H., the breeder behind Boulder Flat British Labradors located in Meeker, CO. At Boulder Flat British Labradors we focus on training the girls that are going to raise your future puppy. We only breed one litter a year and give each puppy the attention they deserve. Please contact us to discuss your goals for your dog and see if one of our pups would be a good fit.

Q. & A. with AIMEE

  • Why did you start breeding?

I started running competitive hunt tests in 2013. My passion for breeding quality puppies began when I saw how few breeders emphasized the dam's abilities in the field. I wanted to develop females in the hunt test game and in the hunting blind to enhance the Labrador retriever breed.
  • What makes your program special?

All of our females receive their CHIC # from the OFA to document their health tests. They are also judged in the field and against a pass/fail standard in hunt tests prior to entering the breeding program. They are regularly trained and only have two litters of puppies before being retired.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
