Briarcliff Border Collies

Carol A.

Breeder of Border Collies

Meet the breeder

I'm Carol A., the breeder behind Briarcliff Border Collies located in Garden Valley, CA. Briarcliff Border Collies is dedicated to providing well-adjusted, loving family companions. All of our puppies are socialized and acclimated in order to grow into well-adjusted dogs. As they grow, we watch them develop and work to find them the perfect home that matches their personality.

Q. & A. with Carol

  • Why did you start breeding?

We love this breed! Our dogs have brought us so much love and happiness that we decided to start our own responsible breeding program by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families.
  • What makes your program special?

What puppies learn between 8 and 10 weeks of life is so important for the transition into their forever homes. Therefore, none of our puppies go to their new homes until, at least, 10 weeks of age. We do a jumpstart program to provide our pups with a solid foundation. This makes everything easier for both our puppies and the families that love them.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
