Why did you start breeding?
My husband wanted aCorgi to herd with. I got him one and fell immediately in love 16 years ago. Since then my passion for this breed only grows. They deserve the very best we can give them. Love and support and an environment to thrive in.What makes your program special?
We actually do cow work with our dogs. This is what Corgis original purpose was. To herd cows in tight places. They excel at it. They are so smart, focused, and willing. I test all of my dogs, elbow, hips, eyes and do genetic testing to make the best possible choices for healthy happy puppies!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn, red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Marisa
Marisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
