Every aspect of the adoption process with Gilliene was outstanding! I knew we could rely on her when she explained she prioritized temperament over coat color for matching pups to families. This is a breeder who loves her dogs and truly wants nothing but the best for the puppies in her program. Communication was timely and thorough. When we picked up our lil’ guy he came with the full puppy starter kit and a binder full of all his documentation and the sweetest baby pics. I was pretty floored (in the best way) by the care and attention she put into every piece of the process. Our guy has been a perfect fit in our family and we are so thankful to have found Bright Heart. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, now. Gilliene has set the standard so high! 11/10 would recommend (and have already - every chance I get)!!

Gilliene was very thorough and put together a nice binder with all of the puppy's paperwork, baby pictures, health information, etc. It's clear that she really cares about her dogs and putting them in the right families.
