Brimstone Hollow Dachshunds

Michele B.

Breeder of Dachshunds

Meet the breeder

I'm Michele B., the breeder behind Brimstone Hollow Dachshunds located in Davison, MI. At Brimstone Hollow Dachshunds, our passion for these little dogs runs deep. Tucked away in Michigan, our home is filled with wagging tails, warm blankets, and the joyful chaos that only Dachshunds can bring. We are a small, family-based breeder proudly raising miniature Dachshunds.

Q. & A. with Michele

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our journey into breeding began long before Brimstone Hollow ever existed. Michele grew up surrounded by dogs and show life—her mom bred Toy Poodles and showed Standards in the ring, so the love for raising and caring for dogs runs deep in the family. Watching her mom nurture each litter and seeing the joy those puppies brought to their new families planted a lifelong seed.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs aren’t kennel dogs—they’re family. They live right alongside us, not in cages or runs, but in our home where they’re part of everyday life. They travel with us, nap on the couch, and are involved in everything we do. Because they’re raised as companions first, our puppies grow up confident, social, and ready to fit seamlessly into their new families.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, piebald, cream, red, black, chocolate, fawn (isabella) and cream, chocolate and cream, blue and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
