I'm Amber S., the breeder behind Broken S Scotties located in Lawrenceburg, TN. Broken S Scotties was established in 2020. Our Scotties compete in AKC performance events including Barn Hunt, Earth Dog, and FCAT. BSS was awarded the AKC's Bred with Heart recognition in 2021. Parents are health tested via STCA guidelines. Results registered with OFA and CHIC Registry.

Amber has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes puppy vet checkups at 2, 4, 6, and 9 weeks of age. First and second rounds of vaccinations given including microchip by BSS's local veterinarian. Full AKC registration. Deposit and completed application/contract ensure you will receive a puppy from the litter.”
Contract & health guarantee
Amber may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Craniomandibular Osteopathy (CMO), Full Embark Panel, von Willebrand Disease III (vWD III)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
