It was such fun working with Heather while we waited for Tucker. She knows this breed and obviously loves the puppies she raises. She goes the extra mile to make sure that the transition to their new families is as seamless as possible by providing information regarding everything from food to playpen/crate set up, training and socializing, and we were always excited to receive her weekly photo updates of our pup. She really does go well beyond the basics and her efforts are reflected in how well and easily Tucker has adapted to car rides, sleeping in his crate, chilling in his playpen when he needs a rest, and house training. We love this little addition to our family and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Heather. I’d highly recommend her to anyone considering one of her beautiful puppies.

Heather was so responsive and knowledgeable about the shih tzu breed. You can tell that she really care about her dogs as pets above all else. She was really good about staying in touch and sent me regular updates about my puppy. I registered my fur baby as an emotional support animal and she helped provide me with everything I needed and then some. Honestly I can’t think of another breeder that’s better than her. You can tell that she loves what she does and she takes amazing care of her dogs and their puppies. Cinder was also very well trained in terms of temperament and pee pad training which was above and beyond what I expected.

Heather is a fantastic breeder! She has a great way of staying connected with updates and the thoroughness she provides is phenomenal. Minxy Grace has found her forever home and we couldn’t have done it without Heather!

Heather is a wonderful breeder! She keeps her puppies in her house and socializes with her pups. You can feel the love she shares with her puppies in her videos and in person. She answered all of our pre-pickup (and post-pickup) questions promptly and even had a “take home bundle” for our new addition to make the transition more comfortable for him. You can tell she really considers all of her puppies as family. We are just thrilled with our new puppy from Brox Acres House of Fur. I would highly recommend contacting Heather through Good Dog if you’re looking for a new puppy family member.

Heather was so wonderful! I can not say enough great things about her. She answered all of my questions (I asked a ton). She really loves her fur babies. She sent me many pictures and videos of Kooper and we FaceTimed a couple times. She even sent pics of Kooper’s parents. Everything was as advertised. Kooper was pee pad trained when I got him at 9 weeks. He is such a good boy. He sleeps in his pen at night from about 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. He’s great in the car. He loves to cuddle but also loves to independently play. We love him so much. Heather does an outstanding job raising these babies. She gets them used to a harness. She does separation training. She takes the pups in the car so they can become familiar. Kooper is perfect in every way. Heather met me at the airport. A three hour trip one way for her. She had a gift bag for Koop with food, toys and a blanket with his siblings’ scent. She made sure the health certificate was in order and even researched Maryland laws (my state of residence) to make sure everything was in compliance. You are the BEST Heather. Koop says thanks for taking such good care of him until he found his furever home ❤️
