I'm Sarah C., the breeder behind Buck Run Creek Dachshunds located in Greenfield, OH. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

Why did you start breeding?
My passion started at 18 with my first furever love, Copper—a handsome long-haired red boy who was my heart, joy, and loyal protector. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from experienced dachshund breeders who have helped guide and grow my passion while refining my program.What makes your program special?
Im dedicated to raising puppies that are not only visually stunning but also healthy, confident, & deeply ❤️ from their very first breath. For me, it is not merely about finding a home for a pet, it is about matching a family with a new lifelong companion. I pour my ❤️ into every litter, ensuring each puppy is well-socialized & ready to bring as much ❤️ to your family as they have brought to me.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Sarah partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
