I'm Jennifer V., the breeder behind Bulleit Breeders located in Natchez, MS. We offer high-quality hunting dogs and family pets with an emphasis on health & temperament. Raised in our home with lots of love. Our dogs are quality hunting dogs and family pets. Bulleit and Della have been DNA tested and hips and elbows are good. Bulleit was the youngest dog in the country to pass the Master National Hunt test when he was 2. Della has a phenomenal hunting pedigree. Together they create amazing dogs.
Q. & A. with Jennifer
Why did you start breeding?
I have been breeding for 4 years and love seeing my puppies grow from under a pound to 8-10 pound by the time they become part of another family. I have met some Amazon people through breeding and lifelong friends. Folks have come from Maine, Connecticut, and Kentucky. Florida, and Texas for these pups. Keeping up with them is a passion of mine and I love to see them hunt and grow.
What makes your program special?
The amount of care, interaction, and love these puppies get makes them a rare find. My vet comments that she has never seen such well-cared-for babies. In the summer they swim and play outside for hours. My winter pups are introduced to toys and obstacles, and get extra play time with people and their parents.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
