Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to bring mini dachshunds from a reputable breeder to Southeast Texas, where I couldn't find any during my months-long search. Dachshunds have always had a special place in my heart with their long bodies and cute short legs.What makes your program special?

Our puppies include sable, piebald, red, chocolate, fawn (isabella), black and tan, fawn (isabella) and tan, chocolate and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Kaleana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $650 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“AKC Registration or CKC Registration Health exam information Vaccinations and Deworming Human interaction Color, Sex, Coat, and Parents determine price. Down Deposit of $250 puts a hold on your baby plus goes towards the Total Puppy Price.”
Contract & health guarantee
Kaleana may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. Meet Miss Izzy, she is a mess! She’s in training right now for weenie dog races. Lol. Super-fast and loves treats. Only snuggles when she’s cold, which is all the time. She enjoys laying behind me either on my neck or lower back. She is on the small side of Miniature Dachshunds. Izzy is CKC Registered.

DNA Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
