I'm Teresa H., the breeder behind Butterfly Biewers located in Tomball, TX. We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. While our goal is to share loving puppies with families, we are still a selective program. We only breed when we’re sure we can produce the healthiest and best example of the breed possible. All potential new owners must fill out a pup questionaire and be approved before sending deposit. All Puppies are sold on a Pet Only contract.

Why did you start breeding?
I got one Biewer and started going to shows because I needed to meet the few that were in the United States in 2006. One thing led to another.....and now its in full force!! LOL!!What makes your program special?
I imported my first ones for Germany and I have stayed very close to the original lines. I haven't imported but one girl from Poland. The rest of my dogs have all come from my own breeding program. I have 5 generations of health.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Teresa
Teresa has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
"The price will depend on the puppy. Puppies with perfect bites and top lines will run more. I like keeping my puppies a longer period than most. I wait on the right home. This is my hobby so I want just the right placement for each pup. Sometime I re home a retired dog for a lower price. The deposit on a puppy is non refundable if you simply change your mind. However...during the course of my testing the and having the puppy examined by my vet if there are some serious issues affecting a long life for the puppy. I am happy to refund your deposit in full no questions asked. I am happy to forward a copy of my contract to explain acceptable situations that will not cause problems."

Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Wisdom Panel, DNA Profile, Animal Genetics Panel, DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
