Our dogs have brought so much joy into our lives and we want everyone to experience that happiness. Our puppies are raised in our home. We are focused on nutrition, early exposure to new things, and of course lots of time to play and snuggle up with our family of six.

Why did you start breeding?
We got our first Miniature Australian Shepherd and quickly realized that we love everything about her. We have worked hard to learn all we can about breeding responsibly and preserve and pass on the wonderful characteristics of the Australian shepherd. Our dogs are health tested and ASDR Registered. Finding the right puppy can be so overwhelming and frustrating. Our goal is to provide you a place to answer questions and concerns and pair you with the puppy that best fits your lifestyle. We want every person we interact with to have an excellent and positive experience in bringing home their new beloved companion.What makes your program special?
We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family! Tango is our handsome man around here. We adopted him as an adult from Blue Springs Aussies in Missouri. We worked hard to win his heart and he has become a part of Cabin Hearth's family. We are so proud of him. His parents were both toy aussies from Cross L Aussies in Oregon. He stands 16 in tall and weighs 27lbs. He is Health Tested and Clear including NAD. He is registered with ASDR and AKC.

Bridget is one of a kind. She is the most loyal and faithful friend you could find. She is super smart and more serious. Her favorite days are spent in our grass fields chasing critters. She has given us lovely babies. She has Timberline and Heart Mountain Bloodlines. She is genetically health tested and has one copy of PRCD and MDR1. She is registered with ASDR.

Willow is our homegrown girl. She is Bridgets daughter and her Sire is Gravatts Struttin My Tux from Parsons Place Aussies in Oklahoma. Willow is the sweetest girl and has never met a stranger. She is always up for some fun with the kids. She is the best mama to her puppies. Willow is genetically tested and clear. She is registered with ASDR.

Duke (we kept his name, it fit him perfectly!) just turned 1 year old and from day one we have had the best experience, from our first call with Mary - who was super supportive and excited along with us throughout the process - to picking up Duke and bringing him home. He has a friendly and easygoing temperament, he loves to play with other dogs and is so friendly towards people. He loves to go on long walks but also enjoys a lazy day on the couch, and everywhere we go he gets compliments on how great his markings and figure are. +4We picked up Archer (now Conan) about three weeks ago after chatting with Mary since he was 6 weeks old. She was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions throughout the process. Conan is a beautiful and healthy boy. He's bringing us a lot of joy. One thoughtful touch — Mary sent us a toy the litter had played with so we could introduce Conan's scent to our senior dog before the puppy arrived. It made such a difference in the transition. The pick-up was smooth as well. Mary drove extra miles to meet us since we were coming from the east coast. Mary is someone I would return to in the future if we ever decided to add on. I had very specific questions that she happily answered. Our family was coming off the heels of heartbreak after losing a beloved mini Aussie member and I wanted to make sure that the personality of the puppy would fit us appropriately. Working with Mary to bring my little red Merle Sage home was a wonderful experience. Mary is very caring with her puppies. They are part of the family, well socialized, and very happy healthy puppies. Mary was so easy to work with, I asked her if she would be able to start crate training her a bit.
