Meet the breeder

I'm Mallory B., the breeder behind Cadie's Collies located in South Jordan, UT. I treasure each puppy in my program and give them all the attention and care that I possibly can. I have my puppies born in my living room so I can monitor them 24/7. I make sure that they are getting the proper care, stimulation, and love that each puppy needs.

Q. & A. with Mallory

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding because I want to see more collies in Utah. They are an amazing loyal dog, that is smart and great with the whole family. I had my collie for 14 1/2 yrs and she was my best friend. I would feel honored if I could provide that for someone. That's why I have an application and I want to get to know you and to make sure I pair you with the right puppy.
  • What makes your program special?

As the breeder of my puppies I feel a very strong responsibility for the life that I choose to bring into this world. So I make it my goal to do all the health testing necessary to be able to produce the best dogs. I want to be able to provide a puppy that will last and you don't have to worry about arthritis, kidney failure, heart murmurs, CEA, DM, etc.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

I never could have imagined that finding such an amazing breeder was even possible, or our dream dog. I am so pleased with how smooth the process was, from Mallory calling me immediately after putting in an application, to updates and to the final happy moment. Mallory kept me updated from how puppies were doing in momma's womb, to the birth and after. I am so grateful that adding a new member to our family could be such a joyous, and low stress experience. Picking up our sweet Samson, was so exciting and Mallory was so sweet, with letting us meet his siblings and meeting Honey, (Momma). Mallory is such a great breeder; I know that she put a lot of work and training into making such a smooth transition to Samson's new home. I know that when we are ready to get another rough collie or know of anyone that is looking for a collie, I will tell them all about Cadies Collies. Mallory thank you, you truly are a gift, to this world!

Cadie’s Collies made this process so easy for day one! I couldn’t recommend her more! She met me at the airport, walked me through everything even gave us a puppy care package. So sweet! Now about the puppy.. caramel! She is amazing so sweet and extremely intelligent. I couldn’t be happier with going with Cadie's Collies.

Mallory made the process pleasant SO easy to pickup Zeus at her home in UT. I decided to keep the name he was given and added Laddie as a middle name. He did great in the car on the trip back home in San Francisco. He and my girl, Kona Lassie get along great and play all the time. Zeus is admired by coworkers and I’m absolutely thrilled to have Zeus in my Pack!
