Heather went the extra mile to present me with an adorable Cairn Terrier. The whole process through Good Dog and Heather was impeccable. She advised me with the choice of food that the puppy was eating. She also provided me with little things like a toy, a collar, a leash, and a small blanket that the puppy loves. This is my fourth puppy, the third Cairn Terrier, and this experience is by far the best that I've had. I would highly recommend her and if I'm ever looking for another Cairn Terrier, Heatherridge is where I will go.

I was really nervous about getting a puppy. My husband and I had both been researching and looking on-line for quite awhile when we both happened across (and fell in love with) the same picture of Jameson. Feeling like this must have been a good sign, I reached out to Heather with a million questions. She spent about 45 minuets talking to me and patiently answered all of my questions, even though it was Dec. 23rd and she probably had a million other things to do. When I hung up I still wasn’t decided, but she never pressured me to make a decision. The next day I decided to surprise my husband and move forward. Heather gave me a few options on how to get Jamison to us, and with the holiday season I expected it to take a while. However, the flight nanny service she offered as an option got Jamison to us on Dec. 28th. My husband was soo surprised! Jamison was exactly as loving, funny, spunky and independent as Heather had described. He slept all night in the kennel without any fuss that that night and has continued to sleep though the night for about 6 -7 hours every night since without a problem. Heather reached out to follow up on him the evening we received him and again a few days later. We purchased the food, vitamins, and supplements Heather recommended and have had no problems with his diet and have been thankful that he hasn’t had any tummy trouble at all. We absolutely adore our new little guy and are so grateful to Heather for raising such healthy, well balanced, dogs that have clearly been loved and well taken care of. The AKC paperwork that was sent with Jamison was easy to complete and he was already microchipped upon arrival. This has been such a wonderful experience! We did not know anyone with this breed, but everyone who meets Jamison agrees that he has such a great disposition, and he’s soo handsome!

Heather was so caring and helpful meeting me with our lovely new little girl Genie in Springfield and going beyond to make sure she was ready for her first flight home. Genie has a wonderful inquisitive temperament which is a fine testament to her early upbringing and socialization.
