I'm Grace L., the breeder behind Cambria’s Southern Paws located in Cullman, AL. We strive to provide happy, healthy and socialized puppies to you and your family. We believe that the 1st 8 weeks of their life is VERY important and make it our mission to make sure each puppy is ready for anything and can grow with confidence! We also do health and DNA testing on all of our adult.

Why did you start breeding?
We have owned short haired dachshunds for most of my life and when our last one passed away at 17 we waited a long time before getting another one (pilot) and we looked high and low for him and so we decided we wanted to share this amazing breed while doing everything we need to do to make sure people get well breed puppies! We love our dachshunds and we know you will as well!
What makes your program special?
Here at Cambria’s Southern Paws we think it’s extremely important to make sure puppies have the correct socialization in the 1st 8weeks! We are with our puppies 24/7 and make sure each and every one of them are set up for success! We make sure all puppies are used to having their nails clipped, baths, laying on their backs, noise and much more! Our puppies are confident and ready for any adventure
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, piebald, cream, red, black, chocolate, fawn (isabella), and chocolate and cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Grace
Grace has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This price includes health guarantee, limit AKC registration (full registration is available after discussion), 2 sets of vaccinations, deworming, socialization, microchip and parents health testing!”

Grace may provide a written contract or
health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your
puppy purchase. If Grace offers a contract
or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them.
