I'm Cameo F., the breeder behind Cameo's Pugs located in Baylis, IL. I have had a pug in my life for 42 years. They truly are man's best friend. My current females, Lilly Pug and Phoenix, are my children I never had. There is nothing we don't do together. I believe every pet needs their very own person! If my puppies are anything like their momma, they will never leave your side. Very devoted!

Why did you start breeding?
I was raised around pugs. My mom was a breeder my entire childhood. There’s nothing better than growing up with a pug for a pet. I decided I couldn’t live without a pug when I went out on my own. My pug children are the light of my life, and I decided that I needed some grand-puppies to share my joy of pugs with others.What makes your program special?
I raise my pugs in my home. They are not kept in pens or on chains. When the babies are old enough to walk, I spend a few minutes every evening with each one of them individually. They get to play with me and run around and grow their curiosities. They get to develop personalities, which also helps me pair them up with their very own human. They just want to love and be loved!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Cameo
Cameo has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Cameo partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
Price
"The price includes the guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, and deworming, and a wellness exam performed by a certified veterinarian. The deposit will reserve the puppy in your name until day of pick-up."

Litter update on 30 July 2025 •…Phoenix and Pooh’s little girls are three weeks old today. They got to get out and play with mommy and paw-ma (Gma) tonight. Still a little wobbly and end up on their backs a lot, but they’re learning. Doesn’t help that they are well-nutritioned…. To put it nicely.

About Lilly Pug
Lilly Pug is a female Pug over 5 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Cameo decided to make her part of their program. Cameo has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

About Phoenix
Phoenix is very playful. She loves to play with her toys and tries to get her friends to play with her, even when they are trying to nap. She will rub the stuffed animal in their faces until they have no choice but to play. She fetches at least five of her stuffies to sleep with every night. She cannot start her day without a belly rub. If I stop, she will gently nudge or grab my hand and pull it back down to her stomach. She has a very cute pug face… one that you can’t ignore. True puppy dog eyes! She is AKC registered.
