Heather quickly responded to my inquiry on Good Dog about one of her puppies. Her communication and knowledge were excellent. She gave a very comprehensive folder of information on my new puppy, Sammi. It could not have been a better experience. She kept me updated along the way. I am delighted with Sammi and Heather made the process flawless. 5 star all the way.

Heather and her family exemplified integrity and a strong sense of loyalty and care about their dam and her pups. Heather was responsive and informative, setting our expectations through photos, texts and emails, then on pickup day hosting us in her home, talking through the paperwork and her well-thought-out education binder on puppy care and dog owner hacks, and spending more than half of our visit teaching and showing us professional training skills with our puppy. We were so lucky to have found a first-class Labrador from a breeder who behaves and cares like a foster plus has a trainer mentality. Thank you Heather and family for helping bring us together with our new family member!

We had an amazing experience with Cane Creek Labradors! Heather was open and honest with all of our questions and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. She sent us plenty of pictures, keeping us updated as the puppies grew, which we really appreciated. On pick-up day, she provided us with a binder full of helpful information and gave us plenty of time to spend with the puppies before we picked ours out. It's clear how much they care about their litters and maintaining the highest standards for the breed. Our puppy has been the sweetest girl and is already learning so many commands in the couple weeks we’ve had her. She loves people, loves to snuggle and has been so easy going. They made this experience so smooth, we couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Cane Creek Labradors!

Heather was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great information and tips to share with us at pickup! Through the time waiting before pickup day we received many pictures of the litter and got to see how each progressed. Was a very smooth process and would do again!
