I'm Patricia A., the breeder behind Cap Ranch Miniature Dachshunds located in Paradise, TX. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. Our hope is to prepare each of our puppies with thoughtful socialization so they have the best foundation to seamlessly transition into their new homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our daughter-in-law encouraged us. Since we love dachshunds so much we decided to breed and have beautiful healthy puppies to play with and then sell.

  • What makes your program special?

    We keep our puppies healthy with clean breeding rooms. We spend time and love on them. If necessary, they are taken to a vet for checkups if need occurs.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Patricia

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
