Capriccio Farm Newfoundlands

Pam R.

Breeder of Newfoundlands

Meet the breeder

I'm Pam R., the breeder behind Capriccio Farm Newfoundlands located in Gilroy, CA. Newfoundlands are excellent dogs. I breed for their unique conformation, obedience, draft and water work, and temperament. I am an experienced breeder and have worked as a judge for draft and water competitions. I love Newfoundlands and I am proud of the work I've done with them. I aim to educate others on this stellar breed and provide a better world for our dogs.

Q. & A. with Pam

  • Why did you start breeding?

I worked with a breeding mentor who taught me the ins and outs of breeding. Because of this guidance, I was able to bring experience and knowledge to my own program. I worked to improve the breed as a whole and produce puppies that reach the AKC breed standard. I found a passion and love for working and showing my dogs and have loved every minute of my time with them.
  • What makes your program special?

As a breeder, I loved watching my puppies grow and become beloved family members. The well-being, health, and happiness of all dogs are my top priorities. I have worked to ensure any dog that comes my way is thoroughly adored and loved.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
