I'm Jean S., the breeder behind Carousel Cotons located in Middletown, OH. My goal is to provide families with top-quality healthy, happy dogs that they will love and cherish for many years to come. Dogs need a proper start in life to eliminate anxiety, aggression, fearfulness, and social issues. This starts with breeding and raising puppies properly before they go to their forever homes. I also enjoy educating new owners on training and socializing their new pup!
Q. & A. with Jean
Why did you start breeding?
I started my breeding journey with a Yorkshire Terrier, and I ended up keeping both of the puppies! I enjoyed the whole process and realized I could provide well-adjusted, reasonably priced puppies to families and individuals alike. I'm passionate about what I do, and I do my best to place my puppies in the perfect loving home.
What makes your program special?
My dogs are family members first and bred only if they have suitable temperaments, health, and meet the breed standard. I socialize my puppies by starting them with crate training, traveling in cars, and grooming procedures. I provide training classes as well as grooming and boarding services. I also require my dogs be returned to me if, for any reason, the buyer decides to rehome their dog at any age. I take pride in what I do at Carousel Cotons, and I look forward to connecting with you!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Australian Shepherd puppies are blue merle. Coton de Tulear puppies are white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Price
Puppy prices include between $3,000 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes crate and puppy pack, 1st training class, grooming, and boarding the 1st year, if you're local. Shots up to date for their age. Lifetime support. Pets with limited registration are $3000 and show with open registration are $3500 with co-ownership. I do not require a deposit. I have no problems with people changing their minds; I prefer they change their minds if they are not sure about a lifetime commitment.”

I am extremely happy that I found Jean on Good Dog! She made it easy to communicate with. I was able to get frequent updates on the puppies throughout the entire process. I knew which puppy called to me immediately, and couldn't be happier with our little Chloe! Chloe is now a member of our family, she makes me laugh and smile all day❤️ So far she has been sleeping well through the night and potty breaks have been going wonderful. I couldn't wait to meet Chloe, and Jean made our first time together very pleasant! I feel Jean knows this breed well, and is a breeder I have come to trust and love. Chloe will be a cherished and loved family member in our home. I feel Jean has a love for these puppies and still cares about then even when they leave her. Thanks Jean for a beautiful and well adjusted little lady❤️
