Meet the breeder

I'm Carrie A., the breeder behind Carrie’s Countryside Dachshunds located in Magnolia, TX. We are AKC inspected with 100% pass rate. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. I am home 24/7 raising them 🙂 if I leave I always have someone here. I pad train them and socialize them daily with adults and children as well. You’d be suprised how many people don’t do this. It makes for a much easier transition to their furever homes! They receive deworming at 2 week increments. Vet check and shots done . Sent home is a puppy tote bag with the contents: shot record, current food sample, blanket with moms/litter mates scent, puppy pads, Puppy collar, and MORE! I also groom them, trim nails regularly (again most people don’t do this) give them baths and blow dry so they will be accustomed to this. I teach them not to pick up bad habits like chewing hands or puppy pads, but instead approved chew toys. Please message me to get to know more about me and our puppies/parents! I also enjoy frequent updates on our puppies long after they have went to their homes, some choose to stay in contact for their lifetime! We don’t mind, I’m just living in a dogs world! 😊 🥰 I offer both akc, CKC, and non registered puppies. We also Offer studding at a LOW cost! All puppies will Leave with first shots. And visitors are welcome! Gooddog has adopted a new trial run of payment plans through klarna as well for buyers!!!

Carrie was so nice to work with!! Always had very fast responses and even let me FaceTime to see the puppy we were purchasing. Meeting up with her was very easy and she kept us updated the whole time! Loved the bag of goodies she sent home with us as well. We couldn’t be happier with Carrie and our pup Josie we got from her ☺️

We’ve had Rufus (formerly Duke) since he was just 8 weeks old, and now at 6 months we truly couldn’t be happier. He is perfect! Our first week with him was such a smooth transition, which we credit to the incredible care Carrie gave him before we brought him home. We were amazed that he was potty and crate trained within just three days. What a gift! We even had a five-hour flight with Rufus after picking him up, and Carrie reassured us every step of the way, which made the experience so much easier. We are beyond grateful for the love, time, and dedication she pours into every puppy. Thank you, Carrie, for giving us our sweet boy!

It went wonderful! Carrie was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and so helpful! This is my family’s first time owning a daschund, but she gave me us wonderful tips and advice to help us get started. In addition, she gave a care package with our pup to help us out! I highly recommend Carrie!
