I'm Jessica C., the breeder behind Carter's Cuties located in Harpers Ferry, WV. Our dogs are born as part of our family. They are loved and very well cared for, as are their parents. All puppies are able to be registered with the American Dog Stock Registry. The puppies will be well accustomed to both children and adults. They have a huge yard to play in and will be in great physical health. Both the parents and pups are given regular check ups and appropriate medications and vaccinations. I am happy to answer any questions or share videos of the puppies so you can get better acquainted. They are available for pick up or delivery both ground or air. So excited for you to get your new puppy 🐶.

Why did you start breeding?
I purchased Coco, the Dad, after loosing our favorite dog Buddy. I had never purchased a dog before, only rescued. After buying him I figured breeding would be a wonderful experience for my children and I to do together. Our dogs are our family, and we very much look forward to them becoming part of yours!!What makes your program special?
The pups are bred and live in a home with me and my children. They have a beautiful backyard and plenty of space to run and play. They are given enormous amounts of love and affection. I only breed the two dogs, and we have one fixed older pup. My breeding is not large scale, it is a very small home-based establishment.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black & white, blue merle, and red tri. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $1,250 non-refundable deposit and $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Program update on 20 Apr. •…Another incredibly kind post from a parent of a pup from a former litter ❤️. I’m so grateful to know my pups have such amazing parents!!! We knew Carter’s Cuties was the right breeder for us the moment we met Jessica and her family. Instantly we could see the love this family has for the dogs who are privileged to be in their tender care! Our little Zoey spent the first three months of her life surrounded with affection. Jessica allowed us to visit the home and meet the puppies and doggy parents. She also provided us references from previous litters. Zoey is now 7 months old and we couldn’t be wilder about her. She’s curious, friendly, intelligent, outgoing and loving. We are grateful to the Good Dog app for connecting us with Jessica and our canine companion!

Program update on 31 Mar. •…Former litter owner texted this to me today. Unfortunately good dog will not allow owners who paid outside of good dog to post stories, but this was just too kind to not share 🥰 Love staying in touch and watching them grow!!! My wife and I purchased a puppy from Carter’s Cuties and brought her home in March of 2024. Her name is Ziva. She is the most affectionate animal that we ever encountered. We believe that temperament comes from the loving home that Jessica and her 3 children gave her from the day she was born. We think Ziva has “Royalty” in her blood; just look at the attached Photo. We are absolutely over the moon with our new puppy, Mabel — she is practically perfect in every way!
