I'm Genifer S., the breeder behind Casa De Silva LLC located in Miami, FL. We produce high quality yorkies that are healthy and adorable with beautiful structure. All our puppies are raised inside our home with lots of love and they receive the absolute best care. We socialize our puppies early by introducing ENS/ ESI and using the BAB puppy curriculum.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I wanted to share these incredible companions with others to love and enjoy. I love being a breeder. It's so fulfilling to see the positive effect that a beloved, furry companion can have on his or her family. I started breeding to offer healthier puppies and preserve correct structures. All of our puppies undergo extensive training starting at 3 days old so we are able to offer therapy grade companions.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs and puppies are lovingly raised in my home as part of my family so that I can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours. The well-being of each of my pups is my greatest priority. Puppies are well socialized using the BAB curriculum and they are raised around other animals and children. We also provide ENS (early neurological Stimulation) & ESI to puppies to support healthy emotional development. Parents are health and DNA tested. All of our puppies go home with a two year health guarantee.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, parti, blue and gold, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Genifer

Genifer has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $6,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Price is based off of colors, confirmation and pedigree. The price includes a 2 yr health guarantee, AKC registration (if applicable), vaccines, deworming, & microchip. All puppies come with a FL Health Certificate. The reservation fee is refundable until puppy is 8 weeks old minus a 10% service fee. If there are no puppies in the litter that are to your liking, you can transfer your deposit to a different litter."

Genifer may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Brucellosis

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Wisdom Panel, Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
