I'm DiAna E., the breeder behind Casa de Yorkies located in San Marcos, TX. We offer top-quality, loving family pets focusing on health, intelligence, and temperament. My love for Yorkies inspired me to share this amazing breed with the world in a responsible way. My dogs are health tested before breeding to ensure quality puppies. I devote my time, energy, and effort to each litter to ensure our puppies are properly socialized from birth. Puppies spend six weeks with Mama to ensure they are calm. If they are small, I keep them till after 12 weeks of age. Mamas eat puppy food, take prenatal vitamins, and spend eight weeks in the Maternity Suite with their pups. I would be pleased to introduce you to one of my Yorkshire Terrier puppies! Please note I don't ship unless you or a nanny flies to pick up the puppy.
Q. & A. with DiAna
Why did you start breeding?
Although I am in my 5th year in breeding, I am so excited to share my passion for Yorkies with all of you! I wanted to do my part to better the breed. My breeding program strives to maintain unique breed characteristics while emphasizing and producing Yorkies of superior health, cognitive development, and temperament.
What makes your program special?
I am very dedicated to what I do and what I am trying to achieve as a breeder. I work with passion, heart, and integrity and genuinely want what's best for my Yorkies. Each pup is cherished from the moment they are born and given the best start to life I can provide. I find so much joy and fulfillment in providing happy, healthy puppies for loving homes. Mamas are on prenatal vitamins; they get x-rays one week before delivery and special grooming, so feeding the puppies is easy. The puppies are taken to the vet at three days to be checked and again at six weeks. I don't shortcut the vet visits or eating. Their tails are docked, and dew claws are removed by the vet, and the wound is closed with stitches, not done at home as many other breeders do. All their vaccinations are given by the vet, not store-bought. If for any reason the puppy does not work out, I ask that you please return the puppy to me and not sell or give them to just anyone.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate and tan, parti, blue and gold, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

We are so pleased to have chosen DiAna as our breeder. We had just lost our 16 year old Yorkie when I contacted DiAna to inquire about one of her female puppies. She understood our grief and made my husband and I feel better. Whenever I sent a text to check to see how our Sophia was doing, she would text me right back with an update. When we picked Sophia up, DiAna was very informative with instruction on Sophia’s diet regime, and had all her vet visits documented. By the way, Sophia was potty pad trained the day we got home!! She is a very smart Yorkie and already has us wrapped around her little paws.❤️❤️ Thank to DiAna for being such a dedicated breeder.🏆Blessings,
David, Peggy and Sophia Phillips

I cannot say enough good things about Diana, she has top notch puppies and cares for them impeccably. She makes sure they have a good starting foundation to get them ready for their journey to their new homes. She socializes them, my puppy Tinkerbell a Parti Yorkie from Diana was not fearful of being held by any of my neighbors and my God-daughters and their parents. She was almost completely potty trained at 2 mos when I picked her up. She lets me know when she needs out with a small whine and certain quiet bark, she has had very few accidents and if one does occurs it is on a potty pad. She loves to play, and takes naps. She perks her ears up and looks at you when you talk to her and you can tell she is listening to you and sometimes responds, lol. She is very intelligent, she has already learned to fetch and return the ball to us, and is learning sit and stay and how to shake hands. She is walking on a harness and lead like a pro, boy can her little legs move fast, she loves walks, but loves the walk back to the house more than going away from the house. Diana was so gracious and let me go with her to the Vet when Tinkerbell got her first shots and she uses the same Vet that I already used so that made the transition very easy. I recommend you take a look any time Casa de Yorkies has puppies available , because you will get a wonderful puppy and companion from Diana's puppies. I think currently the other 3 from Tinkerbells litter may still be available so take at look. Thank you Diana for all the work you put into your puppies you are awesome.
