  • Why did you start breeding?

    Quite a ways back I had a disability which was chronic fatigue syndrome and through my church they offered me a few dogs to start off with which ended up being such a humongous blessing.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Morkie puppies are black & tan tri-color. Yorkshire Terrier puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Cathy

Cathy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cathy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We take great care of our puppies and we expect great care to be reciprocated they are loving little creatures and deserve to be Loved right back. We expect these little puppies to have food available at all times and freshwater. We would prefer if you would stick to all natural and/or human-grade food with the least amount of preservatives and food colorings. Also since rawhide is dangerous for their digestive system we would definitely not encourage this type of a chew. Natural bones and healthy treats are also encouraged. I would be happy to go over a list of good treats with you. I also recommend a harness rather than a collar for less chances of trachea being harmed. We are not responsible for low sugar as with a proper diet they would be stable. I will give you instructions when you pick up your puppy. Never let puppy out unattended. We begin them on pee pads for the starting of their training. I appreciate personal chats on the phone above texting but I don't mind short texts for secondary questions. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes health guarantee up to one year against genetic disease also their first shots and deworming. We also get health certificates for each puppy. A small bag of food to get him started which you can mix in with what you desire to give until they are regulated. I also try to throw in a few extras. Usually 10%.”

Contract & health guarantee

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
