Q. & A. with Brenda
Why did you start breeding?
After purchasing our second poodle Heaven and seeing how easy it was to train her to scent retrieve, I realized this was a trait that was innate and desirable to those looking for a service animal. I have now adopted multiple puppy training programs to work towards enhancing those scent traits and behavior stability traits to provide High Quality pups to people wishing to compete or train for scent work.
What makes your program special?
The dogs I have produced are amazing family pets and I am happy to share that one is a Therapy Dog for an elderly woman and another is in training to be a Seizure Alert dog for a 3 year old who has Epilepsy. Our puppies receive more training by the time they go home than most puppies do in their first year of life. :-)
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, blue, cream, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
