After buyers complete the application and screening process, Brooke partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take placing each puppy with the perfect family very seriously. We screen each perspective family as well as evaluating each puppies temperament before allowing our pups to leave our care to ensure that each pup end up in a forever home.”

“The price includes unregistered pups as well as CKC registered puppies, deworming, first round of vaccinations, socialization, new home starter kit, and beginning potty training. Our unregistered puppies are going to be between $1250-$1750 depending on coloring. Our CKC registered puppies will rage from $2000-$2500 depending on coloring and will come with their registration.”
Brooke may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Precious is a longhaired miniature dachshund with a beautiful panda like coat. Precious has the personality of your favorite overly friendly toddler. Precious loves nothing more than playing with her brother (my 8 month old baby boy), chasing squirrels in the mornings, and cuddling on the couch.

About Milo
Milo is a longhaired miniature dachshund with a Black and Tan coat. Milo has “ticking” on his paws and the white on his chest making him even more stunning. Milo has the personality of someone’s retired rancher grandpa, he loves laying on the couch and being lazy but not as much as he loves working cows with his dad.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
