I'm Ceila M., the breeder behind Cece’s Perfect Poms located in Spring, TX. Ceila has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ceila partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“I ask if the buyer has had Pomeranian before. If so how many and what are they looking for in a puppy. Female seem to be easier going but not as loving or protective as the males. I also ask what food they will be feeding. I prefer all natural. I also have a check list of do’s and don’ts. Such as using a cat bell, making sure they understand small dogs can have sugar drops, limit play time, and the heritage of Pomeranians. I’m pretty picky. I try to stay in touch with everyone who gets a puppy. I love seeing what they grow into.”

“The price includes AKC or CKC registration. Vet checked, dewormed and at least two rounds of vaccines. Buyer must meet puppy on FaceTime, Zoom or in person before a deposit is taken. Deposits are fully refundable until puppy is delivered.”
Ceila may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Ceila offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Ceila directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Ceila.
