I'm Terry Velnosky H., the breeder behind Cedar Hill Australian Shepherds located in Lindale & Desoto, TX. Our breeding program focuses on maintaining the unique characteristics specific to Australian Shepherds while striving to produce puppies of superior health, temperament, and conformation. Why did you start breeding?
We try to keep our "litters page" and "available page" updated so you can always see what we might have available or coming available.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Price
Puppy prices include a $200 deposit and between $1,400 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes health record showing worming's, 1st puppy shot, small amount of the food the puppy has been eating, and AKC papers. The deposit is refundable if we don't have a puppy to offer you. We can either refund the deposit or you can choose to let it roll over to our next litter. The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind or go elsewhere for a puppy.”

health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
