I'm Tyrone B., the breeder behind Charm City Yorkie Boutique located in Windsor Mill, MD. We raise our puppies with total care and attention so they can become well-socialized and loving additions to their forever homes. It’s important to us that we continue to improve our program and share our knowledge with our buyer families. We want to better the breed through thorough health testing and selective breeding decisions.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with Yorkies many years ago, learning about the genetics, colors as well as the importance of protecting their lineage is what drives me to be a responsible breeder.
  • What makes your program special?

    Charm City Yorkie Boutique is not just a program breeding your average run of the mill Yorkies, We have searched for years for what best suits our program. We have dogs from various states and other countries to include Russia and Latvia. We responsibly breed for health and great quality!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tyrone

Tyrone has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $800 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price of our puppies considers the cost of care to get a puppy from birth to the age they are able to go to their new forever homes. Our price includes vet checks, shot, well exam. Each puppy comes with a vet signed health certificate as well a written health guarantee within our contract. Our deposit ensures the puppy of your choice is reserved for you until he/she is ready to come to your home. All deposits go toward the total cost.”

Contract & health guarantee

Tyrone may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
