Rachel was very responsive and showed sincere concern and care about the puppy’s well being making sure she had everything that was needed for a smooth transition, also following up after the puppy was with me. She also helped me clarifying all my questions and sharing tips too. Lolla is very calm, gentle and sweet and I’m sure it’s not only her personality but the way she was treated since she was born, so I thank Rachel and her family for that.

We had a great experience working with Rachel and her husband in adding Gracie Mae, an eight week old miniature brindle piebald dachshund to our family. Rachel‘s strong reviews assured us that we were working with an ethical breeder. Rachel was very communicative and answered all of our questions thoroughly. It was a first for us to fly in a puppy that we had not met but the phone conversation with Rachel, the video and the photos were very assuring. We met Rachel‘s husband at the airport baggage claim which made it super convenient and everything went smoothly. Gracie is in excellent health and such a joy! Warmest regards, Clark and Sharry, Colorado

Rachel was a pleasure to work with! She provided regular updates as Holly grew and was very flexible regarding pickup day. You can tell that Holly was treated very well and socialized before we brought her home. She is growing like a weed and is incredibly friendly and happy! We are in love!

Rachel was great to work with throughout the entire puppy purchase. She offered detailed information and responded to our questions promptly. We selected a sweet little girl named Gladys and we couldn’t be happier…she is awesome! This was our first Good Dog experience and we highly recommend both them and breeder Charmm Dachshunds!

Rachel was so responsive from day 1! She sent me regular updates about Remi and was very flexible with pickup dates. Her husband flew to meet us at Newark airport, and the price for that service was super reasonable. You can tell Remi was well taken care of before she got to us! Would recommend Charmm dachshunds for sure!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Charmm Dachshunds. We celebrated Hoagie’s 1st birthday back in July. After a year together, our Hoagie has truly become the light of our lives. He goes everywhere with us, sleeps by our side every night, and is the most confident, loving little companion. He adores playing in daycare and has a pack of bigger cousins he absolutely loves spending time with. Hoagie has been through so much with us in his first year, and we truly don’t know what we would do without him. We are endlessly grateful to Rachel and Chad for not only bringing him into our lives but also for making the entire experience so smooth and special. Their continued responsiveness to any questions we’ve had about Hoagie has been invaluable and shows how much they care about their dogs and families. We’ve recommended Charmm Dachshunds to countless people (and we get asked all the time where Hoagie came from!) because of the joy this little guy has brought us. We’re already dreaming of adding a sister or brother for him once we move into our new home, and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thank you, Rachel and Chad, for giving us our perfect boy.
