I'm Natasha C., the breeder behind Chivalrous Collies located in Wyoming. We love this breed and do everything we can to help it thrive. We give each of our dogs and puppies the best care that we can. We have outstanding puppies with wonderful temperaments that thrive in the ring and as our companions. Our goal is to produce puppies that can compete in a variety of venues, as well as be faithful friends to their loving families.

Why did you start breeding?
I e always loved Collies and have always wanted to breed them and help better the breed. After getting my first boy and meeting his breeder I fell in love with the thought of improving the breed and spreading awareness of reputable breeders!
What makes your program special?
I focus a lot on health, temperament and performance! I focus on performance titles with my dogs, making sure they have the capability to work like they were originally bred to do!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This price includes AKC registration, the first round of shots, the first vet visit, and a health check as well as go home package. All puppies are the same price no matter registration, color, etc.”

health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your
puppy purchase. If Natasha offers a contract
or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them.

About Bashir
Bashir is a male Collie almost 5 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Natasha decided to make him part of their program. Natasha has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel, Dermatomyositis, PRA, Rod-Cone Dysplasia 2 (rcd2), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
